This is a real, incredible, ~1.5" long Koneprusia trilobite from the Lower Devonian of Ofaten, Morocco!
It has amazing ornamentation, in the form of spikey appendages along its body and head.
Resembling horseshoe crabs, trilobites are an extinct group of arthropods that died off in the Permian mass extinction ~252 million years ago.
They were one of the most successful and iconic of all early animals - spreading across most of the globe and surviving for an incredible 270 million years!
