These are real, framed, Gothwing Damselflies (Vestalis luctuosa)!

Unlike most damselfly species, these do not have a beautiful, bright, colouration. They have a remarkable, dark, set of wings and a deep blue, iridescent, body. This gothic style makes them a unique addition to any collection.

These damselflies, often mistaken for dragonflies, are indigenous to Indonesia and show off their attractive hind-wings to attract mates!
