Known as a "false sabertooth cat", dinictis was a sabertoothed mammal found across North America from Late to Early Micoene (37.2-20.4 million years ago). 

This partial bone was found in the Brule Formation of South Dakota. 

The bone measures ~4.5" tall including custom stand.
