This is a real Egyptian fertility amulet! This amulet was created to channel the powers of the Ancient Egyptian deity Taweret. Taweret, often represented as a bipedal female hippopotamus with the back of a Nile crocodile, was a goddess of childbirth and fertility.
It dates back to the Late Period (712-323BCE) and measures ~1" long and comes in a protective riker frame.
