This is a real Ancient Egyptian fish mummy!

Dating back to the Late Period-Ptolemaic period (664 to 30 BCE), this mummified fish would make a rare and incredible addition to any collection or institution.

This specimen has been a part of the Prehistoria Museum collection since 2018 but has been, very reluctantly, deaccessioned to raise funds to support our operating costs. 

This specimen measures ~8" tall including custom stand.
