This is a museum-quality cast of a Dryosaurus altus dinosaur skull - an iguanodont from the Late Jurassic!

Their name, translated to Oak Tree in Greek, reflects their forested habitats. The altus has no teeth at the end of the skull, potentially indicating it was a beaked dinosaur. The dentition it does have are distinctly blade shaped - revealing vegetation to be their primary diet.

These dinosaurs were bipedal, estimated to reach lengths of at least 2.4m long and weights of over 77kg.

This is a museum quality cast replica made with a durable polyurethane resin. It was molded directly from the original restored skull and is NOT a 3D printed skull or a sculpture. The resin cast is made on demand and is produced using methods that preserve all of the fine details found in the original specimen.

This is a rare opportunity to privately own a museum-grade specimen! The skull itself measures ~8.5” x 4” x 7” as displayed with mouth open, not including the display stand.

Worldwide shipping is available and the skull is currently located in the United States.

**PLEASE NOTE: These skulls are cast and painted at the time of order. Please allow 1-2 weeks of preparation time to ensure you receive the highest quality possible.**
