These bizarre sculptures are created by heating native copper to 2200 degrees F and pouring it into water-soaked straws.
When the straws burn away, the molten metal contacts the cold water and creates these incredible shapes.
These were crafted in Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula.
They measure ~1.5" long and each one is unique! This is a representative photo, showcasing the variety you may receive. Price is per specimen.
