This is a fossilized Keichousaurus hui skeleton from the Huxia Formation of Guanglin, Guizhou, China! 

Dating back to the Triassic (~242 million years ago), these marine reptiles were likely fish-eaters.

This specimen (including surrounding stone) measures ~7.75" wide x 12.5" tall.
