This is a real fallow deer (Cervus dama) skull! This species is native to western Eurasia but has been introduced into South Africa and several other locations across the planet. 

This particular animal passed in a Canadian zoo and the skull was left outdoors and experienced weather and scavenger damage.

The skull (including antlers) is ~15" tall and ~18.25" wide. We can ship this worldwide.
