This is a real fragment of Ancient Roman redware pottery (Terra Sigillata), dating back to the 1st century BCE - 2nd century CE.
While many would think this could be considered a pottery shard, archaeologically the term "shard" is for glass while "sherd" is used for pottery.
This fragment comes in a ~4.25" wide riker mount and can be shipped worldwide!
